Chipotle-Lime Mayo
1 cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon chipotle hot sauce
1 lime, juiced and zested
salt to taste
Jalapeño & Onion Sticks
2 medium jalapeños, seeded and cut into match-stick sized pieces
1 medium sweet onion, peeled and cut into 80 mm wedges
¾ cup all-purpose flour
¾ cup American style lager
1 egg
½ teaspoon salt
